It’s a rewarding way to do business, and when you choose us, you know we will be working our hardest to maintain and even exceed our existing standards. When you love our work, this is the best success our business could hope for.
WHAT’S IT LIKE WORKING WITH
The Complete Wardrobe Centre
It’s so easy to get started – just get in touch. This is what happens when you contact our team.
We book in your initial appointment. Our designer will come to your home to get a clear understanding of what you want, measure up and begin making designs.
Receive your full quotation and drawings. These will arrive within five working days, so you can see itemised costs and begin visualising your project.
Pay a visit to our showroom if you would like to – this is the perfect place to see our products first hand and get some inspiration for your home.
We finalise your designs and schedule in your installation.
WHAT MAKES US STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD?
We do things a little differently compared to the big, high street brands. We are a local company who put emphasis on attention to detail, ensuring our work is beautiful and our customers are completely satisfied.
We have a six week average lead time.
Our raw materials are kept in stock and we make everything to order, meaning we can give our customers a faster turnaround time.
We work in conjunction with you.
From the first design visit through to fitting, we work to understand your needs, give you ideas and keep you fully informed.
Our wardrobes and furniture are made in our own workshop.
When we say our furniture is bespoke, we really mean it. We craft it ourselves in our on-site workshop. There are no cam links – everything is screwed together using pocket hole screws for stability and a premium finish.
We assemble wardrobes on site.
If any adjustments are needed to achieve a perfect fit, we have the skills to make them. Other companies don’t have these skills, and anything unexpected could hold up your installation.
Our team do what is right for you.
Our business is built on our strong reputation. You can only get a reputation like ours by doing what is right for customers and making them happy.
We look after your home.
We will treat it as we would our own, taking off our shoes when we come in and working carefully to keep your property safe.
MEET OUR TEAM
We have a highly skilled team on board, which is what allows us to produce such high quality work.
We are also committed to ensuring the future of our trade, which is why we run our own apprentice scheme. Young people are welcomed in as part of our team and we are able to teach them the trade, helping train the carpenters and designers of tomorrow.
I have been worked at The Complete Wardrobe Centre since 1996 and have been running the business since 2016. I started out as a joiner and carpenter 27 years ago after gaining my full City and Guilds qualification. My first job as a teenager was making skateboard ramps!
I am responsible for the day to day running of the business. I strive to make sure I understand my customers’ needs, so we can deliver the perfect wardrobes for them. I am also committed to making sure my business is run responsibly – for every tree that is used in the making of our wardrobes, 3 more are planted.
I look after accounts for The Complete Wardrobe Centre, sending out all paperwork to customers, handling invoicing and ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office.
Running the office keeps me busy, but when I’m not looking after paperwork or liaising with customers, I will usually be out and about in Keston. I enjoy going to the gym, spending time with family and friends, and I love cats!
I have worked at The Complete Wardrobe Centre for 17 years now, having gained my NVQ Level 1, and I’ve worked my way up within the company. It is my responsibility to make sure all wardrobes and furniture are fitted accurately, and to complete the fitting as efficiently as possible. It is a great job for me as I love meeting new people – it’s important I understand my customers’ needs.
I have a City and Guilds qualification in carpentry and I work as a furniture installer at The Complete Wardrobe Centre. I used to work in sales, but I decided that I wanted to make what we sold instead. I still get to meet lots of people in this role, which is something I really enjoy. It’s really rewarding seeing people’s faces when I’ve finished an installation and they get to see their new furniture in situ.
I have worked for The Complete Wardrobe Centre for 14 years – originally, I used to work in the shop next door! I am now responsible for the day to day running of the workshop, cutting and preparing wardrobes, managing inventories and taking deliveries.
As a cabinet maker, I make bespoke units of all kinds in our on-site workshop and take great pride in what I do. I always need to be on the ball – I have to be good at problem solving, construction, and general tasks around the workshop like stock checks. I also work with customers, getting to meet people from all walks of life. It’s a demanding job but also very rewarding.
Apprentice Wardrobe Fitter and Workshop Apprentice
It is my job to take deliveries and make units, so I am part of the whole process. I have learnt to work very well under pressure and have developed lots of patience for working on complicated furniture pieces! I came across this position after seeing it advertised in a shop window, and I’m so glad I applied. The best part of the job is seeing the finished product and showing it to my customers.
